Job Summary:

The Hospitality & Operations Associate sits at the heart of TEC’s Hospitality & Operations team, based at our HQ in Hong Kong. With a proactive mindset and a strong eye for detail, you’ll provide hands-on support across the day-to-day running of the function, from admin coordination, reporting and system management to SOP support and team communication, helping keep operations running smoothly across all of our markets.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and local teams to ensure consistency, quality and momentum across our hospitality and operations initiatives. A large part of this role will involve managing routine administrative tasks, reviewing reports and tickets from local teams, supporting systems such as the virtual mailbox, centre music system and customer satisfaction management platform, and helping maintain clear and efficient processes across the network. This is a junior role ideal for someone organised, dependable and eager to grow within a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Hospitality & Operations team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Monitor and update operational systems, including the virtual mailbox system, centre music system and customer satisfaction management platform, and escalate issues where necessary
  • Maintain and organise shared drives, trackers and internal files to ensure information is accurate, up to date and easy to access
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and local teams to gather information, track status updates and ensure follow-through on agreed actions
  • Help prepare basic presentations and documentation for internal meetings, reviews and training sessions
  • Coordinate travel schedules and assist with travel arrangements and travel-related expenses for the HQ Hospitality & Operations team, ensuring details, documentation and cost records are accurately captured and maintained
  • Support communication with local teams regarding operational updates, reminders and follow-up actions
  • Provide general administrative assistance, such as scheduling calls, capturing meeting notes and handling ad hoc tasks assigned by the Hospitality & Operations leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • 0-2 years of work experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply
  • Hospitality related background is highly preferred
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude • Comfortable working with tools such as Salesforce, shared drives, presentation, learning/client management/ operations related systems (or a willingness to learn quickly)
  • A collaborative team player who can work with colleagues across multiple cities and time zones
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
